Abstract:
To reduce labor, time and costs required for creating a generic medicine database related to generic medicine to be used in a question-and-answer system related to medicine.SOLUTION: In a question-and-answer system (1) related to medicine which asks questions about medicine by using a medicine database, an original medicine database (17) including names of components of the original medicine on the basis of information about the original medicine is created, a generic medicine database (19) is created by performing extraction based on a component name of the generic medicine from the original medicine database (17), and a question-and-answer session about the medicine is carried out by using the generic medicine database (19).
