Abstract:
To provide an eyelash makeup implement including a pair of application members as an application part and a container body having airtightness being enhanced so that a solvent of mascara is not volatilized along a handle in a state of the application part being inserted into the container body.SOLUTION: An eyelash makeup implement 1 includes: a container body 2 that stores mascara A; a stripping-off mechanism for the mascara A (stripping-off part 3); a pair of application members (comb-like member 10, frame-like member 20) for applying mascara on an eyelash and holding the eyelash; handles 11, 21 that extend from the respective application members (10, 20) and form a pair; and a coupling part 40 for supporting the handles forming the pair so that the pair of application members is opened/closed. The coupling part 40 includes a pair of airtightness holding parts 30A, 30B for making airtightness of the container body 2. At least one of the pair of airtightness holding parts 30A, 30B includes an elastic member (O-ring 31) for blocking volatilization paths along the handles of a solvent constituting mascara.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
