Abstract:
To solve such a conventional problem that because a concentration of OL recording area differs depending on PG, adequate correction was difficult.SOLUTION: A recording method for recording each raster line in an overlapping area of an image by OL system when recording an image which is formed in such a manner that a plurality of raster lines extending in a first direction are arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction has: a head height determination process in which a head height is determined during use; a correction value calculation process in which a second correction value, which is a correction value for correcting an ink amount for each raster line of the overlapping area and is corresponding to the head height during use, is calculated on the basis of a first correction value stored in a prescribed storage part, which is a correction value for correcting an ink amount for each raster line of the overlapping area and is corresponding to a first head height, and an off-set value according to the head height to the first correction value; and a recording process in which an image, in which the ink amount for each raster line of the overlapping area was corrected by the second correction value, is recorded on a recording medium by a recording head whose head height was adjusted to the head height during use.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
