Abstract:
To provide a device and a method for storing data in a nonvolatile memory which can be used in a system with a low computing capability and with a small memory, and can secure a high safety of transactions and a unique consistency.SOLUTION: A device 10 for storing data in a nonvolatile memory includes: a data processing unit 12; and a memory unit 14. The data processing unit acquires a plurality of data blocks 20, ends each data block of the plurality of data blocks at an end element 22, and combines each ended data block with a serial data row 24. The memory unit serially writes the serial data rows into a nonvolatile memory 28. The end element is variable between a first code word and a second code word. The data processing unit switches use of a first code word and use of a second code word as the end element when the nonvolatile memory is fully written by the memory unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
