Abstract:
To provide a device and a method for evaluation that can rapidly evaluate the presence or absence of a specific part for a large number of objects, while maintaining or improving the accuracy of detecting the specific part.SOLUTION: The method includes: acquiring a first image in a first range of an object; extracting a plurality of second ranges as a part of the first range from image data of a first format (for example, gray-scale data) as image data of the first image, which is expressed by one index per one pixel, by using a first method; and evaluating the presence or absence of a specific part in the second ranges from image data of a second format (for example, color data) as image data of a second image in the second ranges, which is expressed by a plurality of indexes per one pixel, by using a second method acquired by a machine learning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
