Abstract:
To provide a battery automatic water replenishment device of an industrial vehicle which can speculate water-reducing quantity of battery liquid at charging time accurately and is capable of replenishing adequate replenishing water quantity into a battery.SOLUTION: A battery automatic water replenishment device of an industrial vehicle comprises: an over-charge quantity determination unit which determines whether or not integration over-charge quantity Q is water replenishment start over-charge quantity Qs or more; a water replenishment mode selection unit which selects a water replenishment mode according to presence or absence of a compensation flag which is set at former charging time when the over-charge quantity determination unit determines that the integration over-charge quantity Q is the water replenishment start over-charge quantity Qs or more; a compensation processing unit at full-water time which performs compensation processing at full-water time when a full-water determination unit determines that the battery is filled with water at replenishing water time; and a compensation processing unit at non-full-water time which performs compensation processing at time when the battery is not filled with water when the full-water determination unit determines that the battery is not filled with water at replenishing water time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
