Abstract:
To provide a control system and the like that suppress image quality deterioration of thermal images and suppress interruption of a sensor function.SOLUTION: A control system 11 includes an image data acquisition unit 160, an image recognition unit 180, a saturated region detection unit 173, a determination unit 151, and an instruction unit 152. The image data acquisition unit 160 acquires thermal image data from an infrared camera that captures thermal images around a vehicle. The image recognition unit 180 detects a vehicle image from a thermal image of thermal image data. The saturated region detection unit 173 detects the presence of a saturated region in the thermal image. The determination unit 151 determines whether or not there is a saturated region outside the vehicle image in the thermal image. The instruction unit 152 outputs an instruction to close the shutter of the infrared camera when a saturated region exists outside the vehicle image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
