Abstract:

To provide a resin composition that can form a coating layer having adhesion with high water resistance.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains a thermosetting resin (A), and resin particles (B) that contain a polyolefin resin containing an unsaturated carboxylic acid component. Relative to the thermosetting resin (A) 100 pts.mass, the content of the resin particles (B) is 0.5-18 pts.mass. The thermosetting resin (A) is preferably at least one selected from amino resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, and isocyanate resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
