Abstract:
To provide a dry film having a support body and a resin layer which is provided on one face of the support body and which enables the formation of an interlayer insulation layer having superior adhesion with a metal layer after being cured, especially excellent adhesion such that interface peeling can be suppressed even in high-temperature, high-humidity environment while it can be easily peeled from the support body before being cured.SOLUTION: A dry film comprises a first film, and a resin layer peelably provided on one face of the first film. As to the dry film, the difference between pH of water before the first film is immersed in water and pH of the water after immersion is -4 to 2.SELECTED DRAWING: None
