Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce generation of an inner distortion in filling an inner pressure of air, and improve the durability by setting a radius of curvature of a first arc passing through a tread crown zone of a carcass line formed by a carcass inner surface on a specified inner pressure condition to be a specified ratio to a regular inner pressure condition. CONSTITUTION:A radius of curvature R1A of a first arc CIA of a carcass inner line LA in an inner pressure condition of 0.5kg/cm<2> is set to be 1.0 times or more and 3.0 times or less a radius of curvature RIB in a regular inner pressure condition by setting a curvature in a crown zone preliminarily by a shape of a tire die. By thus regulating a change quantity of the radius of curvatrue of a carcass inner line L, restriction of a local deformation of a tire when an inner pressure is charged and equalization of a cord tension can be achieved, and lifting of a tread part can be reduced to equalize a grounding pressure by the equalization of the cord tension.
