Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily form initial data for a maintenance, to reduce the deterioration of a picture quality according to the change of a document and to easily change a document by providing a picture reducing means, a managing information input means, a document storing means and an editing means or the like. CONSTITUTION:In the initial data of a drawing, the drawing is initially read by a scanner as picture data, stored in a picture memory 3, and thereafter, a key word such as the name of the drawing is inputted through a keyboard 10. Then, the keyword is changed to managing data by a controller 4 and stored in an optical disk 5 together with original drawing data. A maintenance in case of changing the stored drawing is executed by displaying object drawing data retrieved by the input of the keyboard on a display 8 and using the picture editor of the first editing means and the graphic editor of the second editing means. Namely, an erasing by the picture editor and a plotting by the graphic editor are combined and used to reduce the deterioration of the picture quality and easily change the document.
