Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a bearing part of a driving shaft and its driving part form being influenced thermally in the event of using a high-temperature medium, of a feed and discharge path of a temperature control medium of the driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:A screw 7 is inserted freely turnably within a cylinder barrel and a driving shaft 8 is connected directly with the screw 7. Then temperature control medium feed and discharge paths 12, 13, 22 are arranged in a communicating stat with the screw 7 and driving shaft 8 and a cooling layer 24 is provided on the outer circumference of the temperature control medium feed and discharge paths 12, 22 of the driving shaft 8. In addition, it is preferable to provide a heat insulation layer 23 among the temperature control medium feed and discharge paths 12, 22 of the driving shaft 8 and cooling layer 24. With this construction a high-temperature medium is fed and communicated through the screw 7 and the temperature control medium feed and discharge paths 12, 13, 22 of the driving shaft 8 and a cooling medium is circulated through the cooling layer 24 of the outer circumference of the driving shaft 8. With this construction, a necessary quantity of molten resin can be sent out reliably without generating a shallow groove effect and operated smooth without increasing screw driving torque.
