Abstract:
PURPOSE:To secure continuous suction of dredged slurry and increase the working efficiency, by starting decompression of a next suction slurry tank, when the dredging slurry sucked into one of a plurality of suction slurry tanks reaches a required volume. CONSTITUTION:Three suction slurry tanks 11, 12, 13 are connected to a suction slurry pipe 70 joining to an appropriate slurry collection tank and suction and delivery of the dredged slurry M are continuously repeated in turn. In this case, respective sludge tanks 11-13 are decompressed by a vacuum pump to suck the dredged slurry M to store it in the slurry collection tank through the suction slurry pipe 70. Moreover, delivery doors 11b-13b are opened by air cylinders 11c-13c to open outlet openings 11a-13a. The tanks 11-13 are opened to atmospheric pressure by the operation of valves 31-33. Next, the sludge is discharged from 11a-13a respectively and collected in a sludge tank 90 under the tanks 11-13. After that, it is transferred to a sludge storage pond on land. In this case, it is prevented that the dredged slurry M flows into the suction slurry pipe 70 through connection pipes 71, 72, 73.
