Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve weather resistance and lengthen a life by forming a first insulator layer and a second insulator layer of aluminium nitride film. CONSTITUTION:In an electroluminescence element where a transparent electrode 2, a first insulator layer 3, a light emitting substance layer 4, a second insulator layer 5 and a back plate 6 are laminated in this order on an electric insulating substrate 1, the first insulator layer 3 and the second insulator layer 5 are formed of a close aluminium nitride (AlN) film without containing impurities. It is thereby possible to improve weather resistance and lengthen a life, and also improve the adhesion of the transparent electrode 2 with the light emitting substance layer 4 and increase the luminous efficiency.
