Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hood fabric jointly provided with a reinforcing fiber capable of imparting physical properties for preventing hanging down as a substrate for coupling hood sheet by simple operation and short operation time. SOLUTION: In roving cloth woven into plain weave structure by a synthetic fiber filament, warp and weft obtained by uniformly arranging twistless synthetic fiber filament using many numbers of organic elastic structure (e.g. aramid fiber) mutually parallel in one direction and yarn strand state adjacent to yarn corresponding to crease position in longitudinal and horizontal directions which corresponds at equal spaces S are woven into lattice like shape so as to entangle mutually at a right angle at a proper interval and entangled in matrix direction in which length and width in plane weave density direct and integrally woven. Thereby, the hood comprising a weave structure jointly having reinforcing fiber in which crude mesh lattice-like woven fabric as reinforced fabric is integrated in single structure is formed and a thermoplastic polymer resin having flexibility is formed as the front and the back face layer on the hood fabric.
