Abstract:
PURPOSE:To firmly hold the camera by only one hand, and also, to execute the change of a recording medium in a state that the body remain gripped by one hand by constituting the camera so that the wrist becomes a straight stretched state at the time when the body part is gripped by the hand, and it is gripped by the palm. CONSTITUTION:As for a body part 11 of a camera, in a state that the palm of the right hand 12 and the joint 12a extending from the forefinger 12g to the little finger 12f are roughly vertical, the thumb 12b and the forefinger 12g, and the little finger 12f are turned to a photographer side and an object side, respectively, and the body 11 is gripped with the thumb 12b and the little finger 12f. A photographing operating switch 13 can be operated with the forefinger 12g. After a video floppy disk 16 is inserted into an insertion port 15 in the direction as indicated with an arrow B from the front, when the insertion port 15 is turned in the direction as indicated with an arrow C, the loading of the floppy disk 16 is completed. Also, when an eject switch 17 is allowed to slide, the insertion port 15 is raised to a position shown by a two-dotted chain line and the floppy disk 16 can be taken out.
