Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accurately judge that a separated node is recollected. CONSTITUTION:A zero crossing detection part 22-1 detects the signal between a point where the level of the information signal inputted from a signal extraction part 21-1 crosses a zero level and the point where a next zero level is crossed. An integration circuit part 23-1 integrates the level of the signal from the zero crossing detection part 22-1 with time. An integration reference level output part 24-1 outputs previously set integration reference levels. An integration level comparison part 25-1 compares the integration result of the integration circuit part 23-1 with the absolute values of the respective reference levels from the integration reference level output parts 24-1. A reset signal generation part 26-1 outputs a reset signal when the output of the integration level comparison part 25-1 is at a low level. A timer 27-1 continues to count the time unless the reset signal is inputted from the reset signal generation part 26-1, and outputs a node connection signal once the time value exceeds a previously set time.
