Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the irradiating direction of laser pulses without using a large pan-tilting device and to photograph a visible object with high operability by making a pressure resistant container rotate with a central axis line as the center by operating a motor. SOLUTION: When a visible object is a building in front of a navigating device, a controller 7 operates a light course setting device 5 and a total reflection mirror 5b does not cut off the course of laser pulses. When the state on the bottom is continuously photographed, the device 5 is driven and the reflection plane angle of the mirror 5b is set so that laser pulses which are emitted from a laser emitting and light receiving device 4 may come into a light transmission window 1g. As a result, the bottom which crosses at right angles to the front of the navigating device is irradiated with laser pulses and also a pressure resistant container 1 is rotated with a central axis line L as the center by operating a motor 3. Therefore, the irradiating direction of laser pulses varies in the surface that crosses at right angles to the line L.
