Abstract:
PURPOSE:To permit energy saving in various facilities such as a high building, multiple dwelling houses, hospital and the like. CONSTITUTION:The operation of a cooling water pump P is controlled in accordance with the present operating sets of air-conditioning machine AHU in a control executing time band from a control starting time (t1) to a control finishing time (t4). In this case, upon the control starting time (t1), 'NOP' is outputted as a set output command and the cooling water pump P is stopped as it is. When the present operating sets of the air-conditioning machines AHU has become 3 sets or more, 'ON' is outputted as the set output command and the cooling water pump P is started. On the other hand, when the present operating sets of the air-conditioning machines AHU has become 2 sets or less, 'OFF' is outputted as the set output command and the cooling water pump P is stopped. Upon the control finishing time (t4), 'OFF' is outputted as the set output command.
