Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically assign order reception data received from an orderer to the organization (each department) of its own company in an EDI order reception system between manufacturing industrial organizations. SOLUTION: A department code assigning means 15 automatically assigns the department codes of order reception data and the shipping department codes of shipping data based on the orderer code of reception data, prepares order reception data in an order reception file 13, and prepares shipping data in a shipping file 14. A display and input means 21 retrieves the order reception file 13 or the shipping file 14, and displays the order reception data or the shipping data for updating the data. A shipping instructing means 22 retrieves the shipping file 14, and displays the shipping data for setting the shipping department code. A department code updating means 23 retrieves the order reception file 13 and the shipping file 14, and displays the order reception data and the shipping data for changing the department code and the shipping department code.
