Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the simulation system which performs speedy and accurate simulation. CONSTITUTION:With a switch SW1 ON, the output of a circuit 1 is supplied to a memory 4. After operation output characteristics of the circuit 1 are stored in the memory 4, the switch SW1 is turned OFF and then the circuit 1 is also turned OFF. Then when the operation output characteristics of the circuit 1 are read out of the memory 4, an equivalent switch SW2 is turned ON to start reading the memory. Thus, the operation output characteristics of the circuit 1 which are read out of the memory 4 are supplied to a circuit connected to, for example, an output terminal 5.
