Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a printing method for printing a sharp-outline pattern on a transparent tube container to obtain a pattern tube container by a method wherein a primary coat for hiding a transparent base is made of an opaque film, thereon a color pattern is applied, and thereon a transparent protective film is formed. CONSTITUTION:An opaque film 2 is formed on the surface of a polyethylene tube container 1 by printing an opaque ultraviolet-curing urethane printing paint by a silk screen printing method on the container. The surface of the tube container is irradiated with an ultraviolet light, whereby the opaque urethane resin film is fixed. Furthermore, an ultraviolet-curing acrylic color printing paint is applied in a pattern form by an offset printing method. The pattern of the acrylic color printing paint is irradiated with an ultraviolet light, whereby a pattern layer 3 is fixed. An ultraviolet-curing transparent acrylic printing paint is printed all over the opaque film and the pattern layer by an overcoat printing method, thereafter being irradiated with an ultraviolet light to be fixed as a protective film 4.
