Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the wiring property of cell data and reduce the man-hour of designing by checking whether the wiring can led out from inner terminals of cells after designing the cell data. SOLUTION: The method comprises steps (S21) of setting inner terminals under wiring and sides after designing some cell data, (S22) of extracting the inner terminals under wiring from the settings thereof, (S23) of placing outer terminals at desired sides, (S24) of giving wiring inhibit attributes to remaining sides, (S25) of deciding on completion of a set automatic wiring, (S26) of preparing check data for the cell data wiring property after completion of the automatic wiring and storing the data in a check data store table 21, and (S27) of collating the cell data check data with a predetermined criterion to judge if the wiring can be led out from the inner terminals of the cells, thus improving the integration degree and circuit characteristics and reducing the man-hour of designing.
