Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain filter fabric for a dehydrator with good sludge peelability and high solid content recovery by weaving it with a synthetic resin monofilament as a warp and a synthetic resin slub-like crimped yarn as a weft. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin monofilament is used as a warp 7. In addition, a slub-like crimped yarn prepd. by entangling synthetic resins such as polyester and polyamide is used as a weft to perform weaving. As the result, the entangled parts having properties such as flexibility, air permeability and easily deformable properties become a slub-like crimped yarn, which is projected to the surface side being brought into contact with a sludge. Therefore, there is no bite of the sludge and peelability is improved.
