Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the temperature of the entire in a heating chamber by circulating air in the heating chamber with the operation of a fan. SOLUTION: A fan cover 10 is attached to the outside of a portion of a heating chamber wall 1a in which suction and exhaust holes are provided, and a fan 12 is provided in the fan cover 10. A rotary shaft 13 of the fan 12 is protruded to the outside through the fan cover 10. A heat insulating plate 14 is vertically provided. A motor 15 is provided outside the heat insulating plate 14 to interrupt heat from a heating chamber 1 side and hence prevent the motor 15 from being deteriorated. A suction and exhaust hole and the fan 12 are provided to actuate the fan 12 upon heating whereby air in the heating chamber 1 is sucked from an air suction hole into the fan cover and is again exhausted. Hereby, hot air is circulated in the heating chamber 1 whereby temperature in the heating chamber 1 is kept unchanged even at any position, and hence unevenness of baking is prevented from being caused.
