Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the output voltage from a power supply section at a low level by an arrangement wherein a control section varies the output from the power supply section depending on the type of a heat exchanger detected by a heat exchanger detecting means and recognizing even a heat exchanger comprising a flat fin group automatically. SOLUTION: A first heat exchanger is subjected to raising work and the inter-fin distance thereof is shorter than that of a second heat exchanger. Consequently, the first heat exchanger has higher ventilation resistance than the second heat exchanger. If a current detected by a current detecting means 27b is higher by a specified value or more than a voltage detected by a voltage detecting means 27a, a decision is made a heat exchanger 21 is a second heat exchanger comprising a flat fin group and a signal is delivered to a control section 26. The control section 26 controls a power supply section 25 to supply a fan motor 24 with a voltage lower by a specified level as compared with a case when the heat exchanger 21 is a first heat exchanger.
