Abstract:
PURPOSE:To carry out weather strip fitting work easily at a low cost to the peripheral part of windshield glass even in the case of installing a weather strip whose cross-sectional shape is changed in the lengthwise direction as wall as to improve design of external appearance of the weather strip. CONSTITUTION:A movable die 132 arranged in a die device is moved properly, and extrusion molding is carried out while changing an outer shell shape of an orifice, and extrusion molding of a weather strip 4 having a different lateral cross-sectional shape is carried out to the peripheral part of windshield glass 3, and at the same time, the weather strip 4 is formed integrally in the peripheral part of the windshield glass 3.
