Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio signal encoding method, an audio signal decoding method, an audio signal encoding/decoding device which suppress distortion of the frequency characteristic of a reproduced signal, prevent the deterioration of reproduced sound quality and can satisfactorily maintain the reproduced sound quality, and a recording medium where a program with which the methods are performed is recorded. SOLUTION: An encoding part 10 flattens the input coefficient of a frequency domain obtained in such a manner that a time-frequency converting part 1 performs time-frequency conversion of an input audio signal, reproduces a vector quantization information by performing vector quantization of the flattened input coefficient, reversely flattens the reproduced flattened coefficient, and calculates a correction coefficient for making the frequency characteristic of a reproduction coefficient close to the frequency characteristic of the input coefficient from the reproduction coefficient and the input coefficient, and a decoding part 20 generates a reproduction coefficient by reversely flattening the reproduced flattened coefficient, corrects the frequency characteristic of the reproduction coefficient by using the correction coefficient in a frequency characteristic correcting part 29, performs frequency-time conversion of the corrected reproduction coefficient and outputs an audio signal.
