Abstract:

PURPOSE:To obtain a polykpropylene film which exhibits excellent slipperiness always from just after the film formation through after the high-temp. storage to after the lamination by incorporating two specific slip agents into a resin component consisting of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer and a high- density PE. CONSTITUTION:A polypropylene film is obtd. from a compsn. comprising 100 pts.wt. resin component consisting of 99-90wt.% propylene-ethylene random copolymer having an ethylene unit content of 2-10wt.% and 1-10wt.% high- density PE, 0.03-0.25 pt.wt. slip agent having an m.p. of 70-90 deg.C, and 0.03-0.20 pt.wt. another slip agent having an m.p. of 100-125 deg.C. The film, exhibiting excellent slipperiness always from just after the film formation through after the high-temp. storage to after the dry lamination, is suitable for various packaging applications.
