The travel route searching support device 10 prepares also a guide route for indicating a travel order for traveling on the searched travel route evenly, and prepares a guide map data wherein the travel route and the guide route are correlated with the map information to be transmitted to an on-vehicle terminal 20 and a customer terminal 30.
