Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pinch accumulated bills on an elevator to prevent their disturbances and also to bring temporarily stored bills into pressure contact with a storage feeding mechanism part side to prevent a feeding failure of bills from occurring by providing a separator with 1st and 2nd separators which can respectively differently proceed to a stacker. SOLUTION: A separator 11 is provided with 1st and 2nd separators 66 and 67 which can respectively differently proceed to a stacker 8. Because of this, when accumulated bills S inside the stacker 8 are lowered, only the separator 66 is proceeded into the stacker 8 while avoiding interference to a storage feeding mechanism part 12 and the bills S are lowered while pinching, the bills S by the separator 66 and an elevator 13. On the other hand, when temporarily stored bills are returned, the separator 67 in which the arrangement range coincides with an ejection roller 58 in the horizontal direction is proceeded over the bills S against the part 12, the separator 67 is lifted and the temporarily stored bills are brought into pressure contact with the roller 58.
