Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the management of updating or the like of a template and to quickly supply a latest template by providing data to be a base when transmission and reception are performed between a server and a communication terminal or between the communication terminals with each other. SOLUTION: A radio communication terminal 7, a portable data processor 9, a data processing terminal 11 and a data processor 13 obtain beforehand a template initially stored in the communication terminals 7 and 9 or a database 1A for providing the template at the time of sending the data to some other radios or cable terminals or the like. That is, the stored latest template is obtained by appropriately connecting the database 1A. Then, in addition to the processing of change and editing or the like, processing into transmission data is performed and transmission to the other terminal is directly performed. Thus, a person who is providing the template, a person who is providing communication and a person who is executing storage can be one and the same person and convenience on use is improved.
