Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a submersible cleaning robot which generates a propulsion force by rotation of a propeller without the necessity to use a dedicated drive source for obtaining a propeller rotating drive force and thus is of a simple structure and nevertheless, provides the efficient propulsion force. SOLUTION: This submersible cleaning robot is equipped with a cleaning nozzle unit 3 which jets high-pressure water to a cultured fish net from the bottom of a robot casing 2. A cleaning nozzle unit 3 is fitted to the lower end of a rotary shaft 5 supported, in a freely rotatable manner, at a rotary joint 5. Further, a propeller 4 is fitted to the upper end of the rotary shaft 5. The cleaning nozzle unit 3, the rotary shaft 5 and the propeller 4 are integrally rotated by the jet reaction of the high-pressure water from the cleaning nozzle unit 3. Thus, the propulsion force of the robot toward the cultured fish net is obtained by the rotation of the propeller 4.
