Abstract:
In a rotary joint A including a power slip ring 21 and an electric signal slip ring 31 both for passing electricity between a stator 1 and a rotor 6, for the purpose of avoiding penetration of water droplets into the surroundings of the slip rings 21 and 31 to prevent the occurrence of an accident due to electric leakage, a plurality of circumferentially extending annular passages 30, 30, ... are formed in axially aligned relation between the stator 1 and the rotor 6, and water passages 12 and 13 are constituted by the annular passages 30, 30 other than one of the annular passages 30, 30, ... which is located towards the power slip ring 21 and the electric signal slip ring 31.
