Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform uniform making of ice throughout the overall length of a heat transfer pipe to sufficiently highly ensure I. P. F. as the whole of an ice heat storage tank, and to perform high-efficient cold heat output operation during output of a cold heat, in an ice heat storage type refrigerating device to generate ice at the periphery of a heat transfer pipe by vaporizing a refrigerant at the interior of a heat transfer pipe in an ice heat storage tank to store water for ice making. CONSTITUTION: The opening of a motor-driven valve 4 is set so that the degree of dryness of a refrigerant at the outlet part of a heat transfer pipe 11 attains approximate 0.9. Heat-exchange is effected between a piping 14 connected to a sport situated downstream from the heat transfer pipe 11 and a piping 6 situated downstream from a condenser 3 and the liquid phase of a refrigerant having the degree of dryness of 0.9 is vaporized and meanwhile, and a condensed refrigerant is supercooled.
