Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely facilitate mounting/demounting works for batteries in the electrically driven auxiliary bicycle where a front basket is mounted to a head pipe at the front end of a body frame, and both an electrically driven motor assisting footing force by a crank pedal and batteries comprising a cell aggregate for feeding power to the motor housed in a battery case, are also mounted to the body frame. SOLUTION: A battery mounting part 391 capable of fixedly mounting a battery 401 throughout a pull in/out port 48 opened to the inside of a front basket 381 while pulling in/out is being made possible, is provided for the rear part of the front basket, and terminals fulfilling electrical connection with contacts provided by the battery 401 are disposed in the battery mounting part 391 in response to the installation of the battery 401 to the battery mounting part 391 .
