To provide an electric automotive inverter installing structure capable of reducing vibration input to an inverter, without increasing vehicular weight, in an electric automobile.

A vehicular floor is made to have a double floor structure. An inverter 30 is fixed under an upper floor 10A, and a sitting seat 20 is fixed above the upper floor 10A. The upper floor 10A is coupled with a lower floor 10B coupled to a vehicular floor main body 10F by using guiding links 41A, 41B guiding in a vertical direction and a suspension mechanism 40 provided with a spring member 42 uniting coupling arms 41a, 42b of the link mechanism 41A, 41B. The inverter integrated with the sitting seat 20 is elastically supported to the vehicular body.
