Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage movements more simply and surely. SOLUTION: A mail server 5 is provided with mail boxes 8 each of which is allotted to each of the movements. Mail addresses in which the names of the movements become users' names are allotted to each of the mail boxes 8. A person (FE) responsible for the maintenance work sends an electronic mail to the mail server 5 by designating a mail address corresponding to the movement to be communicated as the address. A movement information- managing part 11 extracts the movement from the address of the electronic mail which a mail-watching part 10 takes out from one of the mail boxes 8, extracts the FE from a sender and extracts supplementary information on the movement from a subject, and registers mail-receiving time as a renewal time to a movement-managing data base 9.
