To provide a health information management system with which health care suitable for a target person to be monitored is realized.
In the health information management system, first of all, register information on the target person to be monitored is registered in a monitor target person information storage part 151. Next, a health level is set on the basis of the registered information, and biological information measured in accordance with the health level and transmitted from a monitoring unit is stored in a biological information storage part 153. Then, abnormality in the target person to be monitored is discriminated on the basis of the biological information stored in the biological information storage part 153 and in accordance with the abnormality discrimination, advice information is presented to the target person to be monitored.
