Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a hydraulic device including a control device controlling the speed and the force of an operating state by varying a motor rotation speed and pump capacity and to provide a liquid pump suited thereto. SOLUTION: In a variable displacement hydraulic pump 5, a pump capacity is changed over to either the upper limit or the lower limit of a variable capacity range. Thereby, the pump 5 becomes a bistable pump and control conditions can be narrowed so as to simplify a control means. The changeover is performed by a directional control valve 5b concerned to a variable capacity mechanism 5a. The lower limit of the variable capacity range is set to be adjustable 5j. A mitigating means 5k lowering the changeover speed from the upper limit to the lower limit is also provided.
