To improve the working efficiency, and at the same time, prevent hot air from endangering a worker when the door is opened by automatically changing a drying process to a cooling process for bedding and cooling can forcibly the bedding in a short time.

The inside of a casing 1 which opens/closes an opening 3 by the vertically movable door 4 is partitioned into an atmospheric pressure chamber 11 which communicates with a hot air blow-out port 7 by a partitioning wall 9, and an air negative pressure chamber 12 which communicates with a cold air flow-out port 8. A cold air flowing port 10 which is formed on the partitioning wall 9 communicates with a passage 18 which communicates with a drying shelf 14 projected on the partitioning wall. A circulation duct 21, a cold air flowing fan 22 and a forcible discharging device 28 are provided on the casing 1. A temperature on the air negative pressure chamber 12 side after starting the drying process is detected by a temperature sensor, and when the temperature has reached a specified temperature, the drying process is finished, and the outside air is sucked in by lifting the door 4, and the cooling process is started.
