Abstract:
To ensure setting of a fastening load for a fuel cell stack with a simple process in a short time.
Air is introduced to and discharged from a reaction gas passage in a laminate 26 with applying an initial fastening load to a pair of end plates 28 in directions approaching each other. Then the fastening load is detected to calculate the load difference from the initial fastening load. Adding a fastening load by an amount of the resulting load difference and repeat the above process until the load difference reaches within a predetermined range.
