To provide an information distribution system which distributes appropriate information with a timing requested by an information distributor, depending on a detailed condition of a user.
This system is provided with a target vehicle detecting means which compares the distribution condition described in distributed information with the distribution condition described in vehicle information at the point of input of the distributed information, and which sets the vehicle that matches both side conditions as a distribution target. As a result, the vehicle which matches the distribution condition, can be detected based on the vehicle information such as mileage of the vehicle, destination, remaining amount of fuel, vehicle speed, and vehicle position, then the information can be distributed to the vehicle requested by the information distributor with the timing requested by the information distributor.
