Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair dressing agent composition preventing change in color such as yellowing, etc., by heat and ultraviolet radiation with time and emission of a base smell in the hair dressing agent composition formulated with a polyvinylpyrrolidone-based polymer. SOLUTION: This hair dressing agent composition is characterized by comprising the polyvinylpyrrolidone-based polymer and an extract or a pressed material selected from the group consisting of clove, rose fruit, Saxifraga stolonifera, Coptis japonica, Aesculus hippocastanum, Hypericum erectum, Jiyu, Geranium nepalense, Perilla frutescens crispa, Echinacea angustifolia DC., Tilia japonica, Paeonia lactiflora, Curcuma domestica, Symphytum officinale, Eriobotrya japonica, licorice, peony, Aspalathus linears, Zanthoxylum piperitum sanshou Zanthoxylum piperitum, Melissa officinalis L., and rosemary.
