To provide a band control method in a mobile body network by which communication is performed, while setting an IP session on a label switch path, between a mobile node for handing-over from a first domain stored in a first router to a second domain stored in a second router and an opposite party node stored in a third router.

The method includes the processes for: obtaining a temporary address to be used in the second domain from the second router by using the mobile node when possibility to change the domain by handing-over is detected; reporting QoS information before hanging-over and an opposite party node address from the first router to the second router; setting the shortest label switch path for satisfying the QoS information between the second and the third routers; changing the address of the mobile node set in the node into the temporary address after handing-over to the second domain; and a process for releasing the IP session in the first domain.
