An audio device 1 transmits its own skill information to a data server 5 through a network 9 at the time of the first connection and receives and stores a device ID sent from the data server 5 as a response. When requesting temporary registration, a communication terminal 3 accesses a register page opened by the data server 5 through a radio base station or the like and transmits personal information inputted by a user to the data server 5 and then receives an electronic mail including a user ID and a password, which is transmitted from the data server 5 as a response. At the time of connection after temporary registration, the audio device 1 transmits the user ID and the password inputted by the user, skill information stored in the device 1 itself, and the device ID to the data server 5 to request actual registration.
