Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing apparatus using a disc screen capable of being miniaturized by ensuring effective screen mesh width over the entire surface of the disc screen and eliminating a dead zone between the disc screen and a crusher without arranging an inflow preventing plate on this side of the screen. SOLUTION: A plurality of columnar screen units 1 each formed by fixing a large number of discs 12 to a rotary shaft 11 at a predetermined interval are arranged so that the discs 12 of the adjacent columnar screen units 1 are overlapped with each other to constituted a disc screen S and a crushing apparatus is constituted of this disc screen S and a crusher C formed by fixing a large number of disc-shaped cutter teeth 22 to rotary shafts 21 at a predetermined interval. In this crushing apparatus, the discs 12 of the columnar screen unit 1 of the downstream end of the disc screen S and the disc-shaped cutter teeth 22 of the crusher C are meshed alternately.
