Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture an arm piece and a retainer by an integral material. SOLUTION: A wiper arm body 34 is constituted by an arm tip end portion 36 to which a wiper blade is connected; an arm base end portion 40 connected to an arm head; and an arm intermediate portion 42 positioned between both portions 36, 40. In corresponding thereto, an upper mold 50 and a lower mold 52 of a manufacture mold 48 are divided to three portions in a longitudinal direction of the wiper arm body 34. A cross section shape of the arm intermediate portion 42 is the same in a longitudinal direction. Therefore, in the case where the wiper arm body 34 having a different length is required, the upper mold 56 and the lower mold 62 for forming an intermediate portion corresponding to the arm intermediate portion 42 may be only exchanged to other molds. Accordingly, a cost required for the mold can be reduced.
