Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data converter that converts received coded data at a variable frame rate into coded data at a fixed frame rate, and to provide a data coder and a data recorder. SOLUTION: The data converter 100 is provided with a temporary storage means 101, that temporarily stores received coded data at a variable frame rate, a coded data time stamp read means 102 that reads a coded data time stamp of the received coded data, a time stamp conversion means 104 that converts the coded data time stamp into an MP4 time stamp, and a fixed FPS processing means 104 that converts the coded data at the variable frame rate into the code data at the fixed frame rate.
