To provide an X-ray protection plate and an X-ray protection table which enable ever more satisfactory measures to prevent an operator from being exposed to X rays when he or she conducts a treatment or a test through the fluoroscope.
The X-ray protection plate 1 is shaped to have a bottom 3 and a side wall 5 erected on the circumference of it and is integrally molded with an X-ray protection material. The material is a composite of an acrylic resin base containing lead of a 0.1mm equivalent as an ingredient which has the capability of X-ray protection. If such an X-ray protection plate 1 is placed on a table, it is located near a patient in a treatment and a test through the fluoroscope and various kinds of medical apparatuses are put on the X-ray protection plate 1 to work, the upper half of the operator's body above a deck 17 of a table 15 can be protected from X rays even in case of the application of X rays from the lower part of an operation field toward the upper part of it.
